The interior
Renovated to please, the interior of the AA Villa features two and a half bedrooms, a bathroom with an open cabin shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area;
Bedrooms

The Master bedroom features a double bed and a traditional ontas (a room-within-a-room traditionally made out of wood) with two beds for the kids.
The guest bedroom features a double bed.
Each bedroom has its own push-to-open closet.
The beds will be made before your arrival with clean and freshly ironed linens, just like mama’s. You can find a complementary set of bed linens in the closets.
The AA Villa can accommodate comfortably 4 adults and 2 children.
Kitchen

This kitchen was designed with an amateur chef in mind. Cook a delicious meal for the entire family and prove the spouse wrong!
With a marble top big enough to fit your loved ones, a fitted induction hob right at their eyesight and a raised oven, you can finally cook that chicken Alfredo pasta, like the better Gordon Ramsey that you know you can be.
Pair that delicious food with the nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc that you placed in the wine cooler and serve your guests in the crystal glasses by the pool.
If you feel adventurous, give a try to your own signature cocktail, and watch your guests swoon over you.

Now the night is over and you are feeling overwhelmed from entertaining your family and guests to a very successful dinner. Do not worry! The dishwasher will take care the rest for you.
All there is left to do is give yourself a pat on the back, lay down on the sunbed and watch the starry night.
Living room

The living room is equipped with a comfy sofa and sofa chair, as well as an arm chair. An android TV and Bluetooth portable speaker is right at your fingertips, to please all your entertainment needs. Board games are available for some quality family time.
Bathroom

In the bathroom you can find a set of clean face and bath towels – one for each guest, toiletries as well as a vanity kit. You can find complementary towels in the closets.
The exterior
The AA Villa, designed with your comfort in mind, features a rich outdoor space with a variety of facilities.
The swimming pool is carefully maintained throughout the year, complying with all EU standards. Take a swim knowing that the water is continuously filtered, electronically monitored and chemically treated for a safe splish splash with the entire family 24/7.
A small sunbed area can be found by the pool’s waterfall. Just lay down and let the sun do the work, but hey, don’t forget your sunscreen.

A sitting area, with a comfortable sofa and chairs, awaits you and your friends for nights and days filled with vibrant conversations and laughter.
Are you a PhD at grilling? Express your inner Nusret, by grilling a juicy steak at the traditional stone BBQ, while your companion is enjoying an ice-cold soda by the pool.
